This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the delivery process and timelines for all digital products, beat packs, sound kits, and audio bundles purchased through the official KRITO store.

1. Nature of Products & 100% Digital Delivery

All items available for purchase on KRITO (including THE ARCHIVE Beat Pack, sample packs, drum kits, stems, and MIDI files) are strictly digital products. No physical packages, CDs, USB drives, or physical goods will be shipped through postal or courier services.

2. Shipping Charges

Since all products are fulfilled electronically over the internet, Shipping Charges are ₹0 (Free Worldwide). There are no shipping, handling, packaging, or hidden delivery fees of any kind.

3. Delivery Method & Access

Upon successful payment confirmation via our Bank-Verified Direct UPI payment system, delivery occurs through two simultaneous electronic methods:

• Immediate On-Screen Download: Your order confirmation page will present an instant download link to access your digital audio bundle immediately.
• Automated Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing your secure cloud download link (hosted via high-speed cloud servers) and purchase receipt is automatically dispatched to the email address entered during checkout.

4. Delivery Timeline

Under normal operational circumstances, digital delivery is instantaneous, taking between 5 to 15 minutes after successful payment authorization. In rare instances of high server traffic or network latency, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

5. What If You Do Not Receive Your Download Link?

If you have successfully completed a payment but have not received your download email within 30 minutes, please follow these steps:

• Check Spam / Junk Folder: Automated emails can sometimes be filtered by email providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) into Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
• Verify Email Address: Ensure the email address provided during checkout was entered without typographical errors.
• Contact Customer Support: If the email is still missing, please send an email to kritoxd499@gmail.com with your:

  2. Payment Reference Number / 12-Digit UPI UTR Transaction ID
  3. Date & Approximate Time of Purchase

6. File Formats & Technical Requirements

All digital audio files are packaged into standard .ZIP archives containing 24-bit 44.1 kHz WAV and 320 kbps MP3 files. You will need a computer (Mac or Windows) or a mobile device with an archive extractor (such as WinRAR, 7-Zip, or native ZIP decompression) to unpack and use the audio stems in your Digital Audio Workstation (FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Cubase, etc.).
