2. Digital Products & Electronic Delivery

All items sold on this website (including THE ARCHIVE Beat Pack, sample bundles, drum kits, and MIDI packs) are strictly digital products. Delivery occurs electronically via automated secure cloud download links displayed on the checkout confirmation screen and dispatched to the email address provided at checkout within 5 to 15 minutes of payment authorization.

3. Commercial Beat Licensing Rights

When you purchase digital beat packs or sample bundles from KRITO, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, 100% royalty-free commercial license subject to the following explicit terms:

  • Commercial Music Releases: You are granted full rights to incorporate the beats into your musical compositions and distribute them across all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and Tidal.
  • 100% Royalty Free: You retain 100% of the master royalties and mechanical earnings generated from your completed vocal tracks. No backend royalty splits or publishing points are owed to KRITO.
  • Monetized Content & Live Performances: You are permitted to perform your songs at live shows, concerts, and radio broadcasts without additional licensing fees.
  • Strict Resale & Redistribution Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, sharing, distributing, or uploading the raw audio files, stems, or sample packs as standalone sound kits, beat packs, or sound libraries on any platform, forum, or peer-to-peer network.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

KRITO retains full copyright, ownership, and authorship of the underlying musical compositions, audio sound designs, and branding assets. Your purchase represents a contractual license granting permission to utilize the sounds, not a transfer of ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing

All product prices are clearly displayed in Indian Rupees (INR — ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.

All digital payments on our store are securely processed directly via Bank-Verified Direct UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, UPI QR, and direct UPI IDs) settled straight into our official bank account. 7. User Conduct & Account Security

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact and billing information during checkout. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRITO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital audio files or website services. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
