1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on KRITO Beat Store are digital goods. Upon successful payment, a download link will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

When you purchase the KRITO Beat Bundle, you receive a non-exclusive, 100% royalty-free commercial license with the following terms:

• Commercial Release: You can stream your completed songs on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and all digital platforms
• Royalties: 100% royalty free — you keep 100% of master and publishing revenues generated from your song
• Live Performances: Unlimited for-profit live performances and radio broadcasts
• Resale Prohibited: You may NOT re-sell, re-license, redistribute, or share the raw audio files as standalone beats or sample packs

3. Credit & Attribution

While not strictly mandatory for commercial releases, producer credit (e.g., "Prod. by KRITO") in your track metadata or description is appreciated.

4. Intellectual Property

KRITO retains full ownership and copyright of the original compositions. The license granted to you is a right-to-use authorization for your creative projects.

5. Payments & Taxes

All payments are billed in INR (₹) via Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
